1. Water treatment system:

According to the customer requirements and the source water quality, we adopt different equipment to produce pure water, mineral water,etc. The main equipments are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter,water tank,etc. The treatment capacity is 0.5-50 ton/hour. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

 2. Bottle blowing machine:

Here we can supply both semi auto and full auto bottle blowing machine according to your needs.

Full auto machine we do 2 cavities, 4 cavities, 6 cavities and 8 cavities.

 4.Carbonated mixer:

Here we provide different model carbonated drink mixer for different gas content request. Such as single tank, double tank, three tank and five tank. It can get the gas content from 3g per liter to 4.5g per liter (CO2 content).

5. DCGF Series washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine:

a. Washing part:

This machine adopts rotary washing method,mainly used for water new bottle rinsing purpose,and then sent the bottles to filling part.

b. Filling part:

1.    The rotate plate is made of stainless steel 304, large flat toothed bearing.

2.    The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is made of food grade stainless steel.

3.    The beverage supply adopts the automatic pneumatic valve magnetic liquid-level switch to control the liquid tank automatically.

4.    Sliding bearing is anti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing, which can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment. Rolling bearing made of stainless steel, the sealing ring is made of EPDM material, plastics is made of UMPE.

5.    The motivation of the filler is derived from the driven system in the framework and passed by gear.

6.    The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.

7.    The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap shortage etc.

8.    The key parts and electric elements of the machine are adopting famous brand products.

c. Capping part:

-Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles
-The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads.
-The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.
