- Pneumatic sealing, simple adjust the seaing pressure;
- 4pcs temperature PIDs, separately control 4pcs sealing mould, quick to maintain when temperatare float;
- Modular Down cutting system, teeth cut /straight cut /round conner cut could compact by changing cutting;

- Adopt up/down pulling instead of wheesl pulling, plain vertical sealing is able to archeive;
- stable running at 24hours a day, simple maintain by lubracation the mechanical shaft & blade shaft;
Machine details:
1.Main function: volume dose- bag form fill- vertical seal –pulling sealing & cutting- sensor tracking – date coding;
2.Film feeding with proximity sensor and motor, make sure the film is in flexible feeding, not hard pulling;
3.Changing bag size is available, but extra bag former + horizontal seal jar (when there is a nozzle on bag) + round cut mould would need extra unit;
4.Standard program with English & Chinese language parameter, customized request is available;
5.Both wheels &anchor bolts on machine, easy to move and stand stable when running;
