2.Parameters of machining
1) electrolytic capacitor: The body diameter of the electronic component is 3-10mm, the body height is less than 16mm, the pin diameter is 0.4-1.0mm, the pin length is 2.5-20mm, and the cutting accuracy is high, the shortest can be cut to 2.8mm ± 0.3 (shorter needs to be customized).
2)Y capacitor: Polyester capacitor can share vibration plate (appearance specification of single body) within 2-3mm of Y capacitor body. Positive and negative tolerance 0.5mm. (According to the pin difference of the material body, the greater the difference, the greater the positive and negative tolerance of the cut foot)
3）Magnetic core inductor：Suitable for magnetic core I-shaped inductance with diameter 6*8/8*10/10*12/12*16mm and height less than 10mm. The shortest can be cut to 2.5±0.5mm (shorter needs to be customized). For the cutting foot whose inductance pin is copper foot, the cutting foot of the vibrating plate should use letters upside down, and the iron foot should not use this plate.
4）Triode: for conventional 220 triode materials, 126 triode cannot share a vibration plate with 220 triode, and automatically feed and cut flat feet. The shortest can be cut to 2.8±0.3mm (shorter needs to be customized).
5）Security capacitor: suitable for body pin span 5.0-10.0mm/10.0-20.0mm and body thickness greater than 4mm can share vibration plate automatic feeding and cutting flat feet. If the span exceeds more than 20mm, the track needs to be lengthened. The thickness of the body and the thickness and width of other materials can share the vibration plate 2-3mm.
