2:) This plastic tube filling sealing machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, with one filling head and inner＆outer heating sealing stations. It has total 8 working station for filling and sealing.
3:) This machine adopts piston filling system which suitable for toothpaste, cream, ointment, hand cream, adhesive, glue, hair dye, shoe polish, show wax, silica gel, Silicone sealant etc.

Automatic Tube Loading Device

The tube loading device has a loader and tunnel, when the tubes are putted in the loader, they will be conveyed automaticlly to the working disk by the tunnel.

Automatic Positioning ＆ Marking System (Germany SICK sensor)

When this sensor detect the mark in tube tail, It will automatically rotate and positioning tube in the correct place.

Automatic Tube Piston Filling System (Material Hopper Heating＆Stirring Function)

This anti-drip filling nozzle and rotary valve is special designed for high viscosity material. Filling system is customized
according to customer material viscosity. Auto tube filling and no tube no filling. Different diameter tubes need to change the different filling nozzle. If you want to fill silicone gel is also available.

Automatic Tube Inner and Outer Heating Device (Optional)

The inner heating temperature can reach 200-300℃ and the outer heating temperature can reach 100-200℃, so it's very suitable for thin soft tubes and aluminum-plastic laminated tube. Heating sealing effect is very nice

Automatic Swiss Hot Air Heating Gun Device (Optional)

If your plastic tube is very thickness, we suggest you use our hot air gun heating gun device. It can reach the heating temperature at 600-700℃ which is easy to heating various kinds of material plastic tubes. Its need to work with water chiller to protect the machine mould, in order to prevent deformation. So, we will check your sample tubes to recommend the better heating way.

Automatic Tube Pressing ＆ Sealing ＆ Manufacture Date Printing

Through auto pressing tube to seal the tail. At the meantime, the manufacture date will be printed in the tube. You can change the metal block to set the production date. We will prepare 0-9 numbers for free.

Automatic Extra Tube Tail Cutting Part

It will cut the extra parts of the tube tail after sealing, in order to make the tube looks very smooth and beautiful.

Final Tube Output

When the tube is filled＆sealed＆cutted, the metal rod will push it to drop into the guide rail.
