Automatic disc oil centrifuge for centrifuge for cleaning waste oil

Introduction:  

It is a type of vertical centrifuge. The rotating drum is installed on the upper end of the vertical shaft and it rotates at high speed driven by the motor through the transmission device. According to different slag discharge methods, it is divided into intermittent slag discharge, manual slag discharge, and nozzle slag discharge .it can be used in chemical and pharmaceutical industry for debris and enzyme treatment, oil separation and recycling, dairy products, beer, wine, fruit and vegetable juices.

Disc separator can complete two operations: liquid-solid separation (low concentration slurry separation), said clarifying operation; liquid-liquid (or liquid-liquid-solid) separation (emulsion separation), said separating operation. Disc separator with its compact, small footprint, high production capacity and other characteristics, which is widely used for animal fats, offal, wool sewage treatment and other animal oil industry. Separator’s parts which contact with materials is made of stainless steel, conform to food hygiene requirements.
