HD-901K automatic cutting and shaping machine for bulk components
1. Product introduction:
1) It is for bulk/tube-packed radial components. Cutting and shaping are completed at one time. It is suitable for mass production and saving manpower.
2) Applicable for: LED, electrolytic capacitor, capacitor, crystal oscillator, triode and other radial elements to cut-foot and shape new form. (When shapes and sizes of the electronic components are different, it needs to customize vibration feeding bowl, jig and shaping mold .) When electrolytic capacitor or LED needs to be bent, and because machine don’t have function of distinguishing positive electrode and negative electrode between feet of components, it need manually put components on the machine accordingly.
3) Parameters: the precision of foot cutting is high, and the shortest can be cut up to 5.5mm (under the condition of foot cutting only, if need shorter should customize cutting mold). Cut one long and one short feet, make K shape (can make forward and backward K shape, but not left or right K shape ) , 90 degrees shape , etc. (Different shapes use different mold)
4) Features: This machine can be used with vibration feeding bowl, also can be used separately. Vibration feeding bowl, jig and shaping mold can be customized according to different components.
2. Parameters of processing
1) Precision of feet cutting is high, and the shortest can be cut up to 5.5mm (under the condition of foot cutting only, if need shorter should customize cutting mold). Cut one long and one short feet, make K shape (can make forward and backward K shape, but not left or right K shape ) , 90 degrees shape , etc. (Different shapes use different mold)

4. Processing samples
1. When shapes and sizes of electronic components are different, it can’t share one machine.
2. When new shapes are different, it can’t share one machine.
