U-ZC-XD Backwashing self-cleaning filter is used to filter and block the particulate impurities in the low viscosity liquid. Excellent structure design and automatic cleaning function of which brought reliable handling performance for users, and also significantly reduced the cost of operation and maintenance.
U-ZC-XD Backwashing self-cleaning filter adopt line gap or super weaving stainless filter elements, filtering accuracy is from 25 to 3000 microns, which ensure high filtering rate of polluted particle in the process medium. When the filter monitors filter is fouling, it will start online self-cleaning operation, which will not affect the continuity of the liquid flow in filter outlet during this cleaning.
There are a variety of filters in different specifications to choose, single set of filter is capable of handling the maximum flow of 10000m³ / h. Different combinations of flexible material and components, As well as a control parameter that can be adjusted individually, which makes this self-cleaning filters can be applied to a variety of fields.
Filtration running of backwashing self-cleaning filter. When the unfiltered liquid flows into backwashing self-cleaning filter, it will flows from the inside to external of the filter cartridge. In this case, polluted particles in the liquid will be intercepted in internal of smooth filter cartridge. As the intercepted pollutants become more and more, the pressure difference between the pollution and clean side of the filter will be increasing. When this pressure difference increased to preset difference, the filter will start to back flushing automatically.
