1).“Touch Screen Control Center” is capable of operating all productive process accurately: adjust the measuring range, speed of conveyer belt, filling speed, height of filling head, automatic counting (daily output, shift output and total output), emergency brake, liquid level of reserve chute, automatic inspection of failure and its cause, status of filling and press and twist cap, liquid level of reused oil etc.
2)“Embedded Filling Mechanism” can put the filling head into the bottle automatically, which will contain the liquid inside the bottle. It is suitable for the liquid with certain foam, such as make ups, medicine or lubrication oil etc.
3)“Setting and adjustment of Measurement Range” The Touch Screen Control Center is capable of setting or changing any required measurement range, it can automatically adjust the filling range through electrical signal transmission or related mechanical transmission.

5)“Automatic Alignment of Bottleneck” Specifically designed “automatic photoelectric sensing and mechanical linkage device for bottle neck alignment” can realize automatic alignment when the empty bottle moved to the filling area, which will avoid the contamination of oil.
6)“No Filling under No Bottle or Missing Bottle Condition” The filling position is monitored by photoelectric sensor to ensure that the filling head does not go down or open when the empty bottle is not in place, it will alsobe no filling action, which could effectively prevent bottle contamination and on-site leakage.
7)“Feeding of Reserve Liquid Trough” The Reserve Liquid Trough is equipped with liquid level sensor and connected with electromagnetic valve lock, which could automatically open or stop feeding during filling process.
8)“Failure Shut-down” when failure occurred during normal operation, the system will give alarm through light and indicate the cause on the touch screen.
