Introduction of Nigeria Cashew Nut Shelling Machine
This automatic cashew nuts cracking machine is a special cashew mechanical removal of cashew nut shell. The cashew nut desheller machine was developed by our factory by collecting a large amount of cashew nuts data. The shelling rate of the machine is related to the proficiency of the operator.
Instructions:
1. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower clamping knife body according to the cashew nut size, and adjust the bolt 4. The distance between the clamping knife body and the cashew nut width is 3-4mm.
2. Turn on the power and check whether the motor is transmitting normally. The yellow arrow indicates the direction is positive.
3. Put the cashew nuts into the hopper and start working. Check whether there are knife marks on the cashew nuts and adjust the height of the blades 1 and 2 until there are no knife marks.
4. During the operation of the equipment, there are heavy fruits (two cashews) in the slot of the feeding plate. Adjust the brush 3 downward.
5. The blade is a wearing part and needs to be re-sharpened for a period of time.
6. Regularly check the tightness of the chain. If the chain is too loose, the equipment will be damaged. The chain is oiled once every 15 days.
7. Note: Do not mix hard materials such as stones to prevent damage to the equipment.
