Process working
Station 1 Feed Bag Feed many pouches or bags in the bag magazine, our main bag magazine can move up
and down, you can feed bags very easily when it moved down, and when it moved up, there are a mechanical
arm with two vacuum caps will take bag up and then transmit it to the mechanical gripper on the rotary table.
Station 2 Open Zipper and Date Printing
Station 3 Opening Bag To open stand (flat) pouches from top and bottom with two sets vacuum caps.
Station 4 Filling Measured its weight or volume by scales.There are an opening detection device insert
into the open bagor pouch to expanding it and detect if it is open or not.
Station 5 Buffering
Station 6 Close Zipper to close zipper of bag
Station7 Heat Sealing1 To seal the pouch or bag mouth with a couple of heat sealing air bar, the sealing
pattern you can
option,net or straight lines
Station 8 Forming and output to make the sealing stable and preventing from wrinkling with a couple of cold
press, then output the finished production automatically.

Shipping:

Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 3-15days, By Air, by Sea or by Express (DHL etc)Shipment cost will depend on the destination, shipment way,size and the weight of the goods.

The machine will have one year warranty . During the warranty year if any of the parts broken not by man-made .  We will free charge to replace the new one to you . The warranty will begin after the machine send out we received  the B/L

Q3: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Yes, we can send engineers to your factory but all the fee will be on buyers.

Before delivery, we will running half hour of the machine to checking the stability and sending you the testing video until you sastisfy. We will setting all the parameters well.
