This Single Screw Granulating Recycling Line is used for clean PC, PA, PET, scraps/flakes of Chimney/Disc/Bottles. This plastic granulator line is composed of screw feeder, special designed single screw granulator, water tank, dehydrate blower, pelletizer, vibration sieve, air feeding blower, storage tank and filter cleaner.
The production line can be customized according to the quality of the raw material and special needs of the customer.
1.The raw material is sent to the force feeder through the conveyor belt/screw feeder.
2.Then it is fed into the single screw granulator. The plastic scraps are heated and extruded to
strips/noodle-shaped.
3.Cool-downed underwater through the water tank.
4. Dehydrated by blowers.
5. Cut into pellet by pelletizer.
6.Screened by vibration sieve.
7.Transported to storage tank by air feeding blower.
8.The filter can be cleaned by Filter Cleaner, which allows it to be used repeatedly for up to three times.
The complete production line is/has:
1. Highly automatic, user-friendly control, high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving.
2. Different pelletizing methods, such as cold strand, water-ring, for various raw materials and production requirements.
4. Single stage, multi-exhaust and filtering system ensure high quality of the final products.
5. Suitable for diverse materials processing, also can be customized one material or different materials, which reduces customer’s investment cost.
6. Filter cleaner allows the filter to be used repeatedly for up to 3 times, which is cost saving.
Screw Feeder:
Transport raw materials to the granulator. This machine can avoid manual feeding in order to reduce labor intensity, cost savings and to improve work efficiency.
With natural exhaust and vacuum system, it can remove water inside the material effectively. This machine uses ceramic heating ring, which is durable and easy to maintain.
Different quality of the finished product can be produced through different mesh filters. Stainless steel 304 net can be used. It doesn’t need to be changed frequently.
Water Tank + Supporting bracket with rack and blowers: Water tank is mainly used to cool down the plastic strips and to maintain its shape. The blowers are used to dehydrate.
There is a layer of material that is water-absorbing on the supporting bracket. This design improves the efficiency of dehydrating and avoids the scene of water splash to everywhere.
The pelletizer/cutting machine is made of stainless steel. It has frequency control of motor speed.
This machine sorts out unqualified products, makes particle size uniform and good looking. The Vibration Sieve has three different sizes of mesh, which can divide particles into three sizes in the same time. This is time-saving and cos-saving.
The air feeding blower is high efficient, which ensures high speed feeding, improves work efficiency.
There are two layers of sound insulation materials on the inside of the storage hopper, which reduces noise level effectively. The storage hopper’s capacity is 500 kg, which is suitable for general situations.
This filter cleaner has two components, vacuum heating furnace and high pressure cleaning pump. This cleaner is used to clean the filter screen, which allows the filter screen to be used up to three times. This special design is cost saving.
