The seat-type welding positioner is composed of a rotating mechanism, a turning mechanism, a frame and an electronic control system. By turning or tilting the weld during work, the weld can be placed in a horizontal or boat-shaped position. The working rotation adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the working cover is tilted by a sector gear or a hydraulic cylinder. The rotation angle of the table is 0 ~ 120 °. It can realize joint control with operator or welding machine. This product is widely used for welding rotating parts such as shafts, discs, cylinders, etc. It is currently the most widely used structural form.
