ACE-Filling Juice Filling Machine.
Fruit juice beverage filling production line is a hot filling machine integrating washing, filling and sealing. It is suitable for filling various fruit juice drinks, tea drinks and milk drinks.The output of 4000-24000 bottles/hour can be selected by users. Fruit juice beverage equipment adopts advanced micro negative pressure gravity filling principle, filling fast, stable, accurate, equipped with perfect material reflux system, can also realize the reflux independent air return, do not contact with the material, reduce the secondary pollution and oxidation of the material.

Washing Part.
The main structure of the equipment and the contact part of the washing medium and the external protective cover are made of high quality stainless steel.Open gear drive.New stainless steel clamp, simple structure, convenient adjustment;Less contact area with the bottle mouth, effectively avoid secondary pollution to the bottle mouth.
Filling Part.
Adopt double guide rod bottle lifting structure, make the bottle lifting and aligning stable.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission namely open combination transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long life, convenient maintenance and full lubrication. The frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.

Capping Part.
6 sets of magnetic torsion full tooth capping head, when the torque exceeds the adjusted magnetic, capping head will slip automatically, to ensure tightening and not injure the bottle cap.And with a buzzer alarm.No bottle, no filling, no capping.
