1.2pcs Air cylinders can lift two big film rolls (max. 900mm) which will be chocked by 2 long air shafts.
2.Independent unwinder adopts cylinder break control desgin
which is durable in using.
During the high speed operation aluminum rollers will go back and forth to make plastic film in tension and smooth.
1.This machine use 6 sealing knives to seal the top and bottom of bags seperately.
2.machine use 4 sealing knives to seal the T-shirt garbage bag handle.
3.Both up and down sealing knives are moving, this allow to
seal bag handle tightly.
1.the punch is customized which can be changed into S-type punch to make S-type cut garabage bags.
2.if change the punch mold to T-shirt type, then machine can make T-shirt garbage bag on roll.
3.If not use the punch, machine can make flat bottom sealing
garbage bags.
1.This high voltage crevice sensor can check film sealing and cutting lines and give signal to film break in the right position, which helps machine run in stable production.
2.This is very important for film length over 600mm.
This senor device is imported from Taiwan.
Those dancing rollers will be lift up and down by film which controls the speed of rewinder. When it goes up, the forks will slow down. When it gose down, the forks will speed up
1.This will adjust the cutting position when garbage bags when it make long bags.
To adjust the cutting line under the film break devices.
1.When the plastic rolls reach to the number set by computer, it will automatically break the connection of plastic film and put on plate roll and roll. The other fork will continue to rewinding.
2.Two sides of rewinding plate will turn independently to change
rewinded rolls.
