Performance and Characteristics.
1. Fold the belt to walk the guide rails, without deviation, the transmission is more stable.
2. The structure of the whole machine is compact and the overall appearance is more beautiful.
3. Machine wall panel adopts laser cutting process technology structure.
4. Electric adjustment plate and cylinder pressure box.
The whole machine is divided into 7 parts
1.Feeding Part：Seven 30mm width paperSeven 30mm wide paper tapes with vibrating motors: 12mm metal plate can be horizontally adjusted to set the width, and the embossing power guide wheel can guide the paper belt. Two paper knives are provided to the paper part, and the asymmetrical length is adjusted according to the real sample.The strength of the vibrating motor is adjusted according to the input and output of the vibrating frame. The whole work is quick and convenient to be continuous automatic correct paper feeding; With infinitely variable speed to adjust the feed distance.
2.Pre-folding Part:The front section is equipped with left and right edge pre-folding knife, which can complete the pre-folding of small edge paste 180 degrees.
3.Back Folding Part: With a servo motor back Lock system. The right
side of the rear segment is provided with a three-wire pre-folding 90-108 degree device; Make it easier to hold the box open.
4.Bottom-lock Part: se the servo motor system to back bottom-lock, to meet customer requirements.
5.This folding Part : complete the second fold 180 degrees on the left and right sides. The fourth fold line 180 degrees completely combined; The left and right regulating wheels are adjusted according to different positions to fit more smoothly; The lower bearing guides the belt to run correctly.
6.Pressure transfer part: up and down transmission adjustable length; Continuous automatic box stacking to ensure accurate box into the conveying part; Electronic counter kick board device.
7.Conveying part: conveying plane belt with sponge belt will not crush the finished product; Make the bottom tick more perfect. Balanced pressure, neat delivery, to ensure perfect quality.
