ADVANTAGE:

This Line developed by our company is used to fill cream/chocolate/ jam into bun/cake/donut that have been fried. Making Line for filled donut is developed also.

FEATURES:

1.  The structure is made of stainless steel and the parts contact food is ss304.

2.  Conveyor transport equipped with pushers for the product perfect positioning and step advancement with control of the position by electronic devices.

3.  Loading hopper made of stainless steel, double walled for the product heating.

4.  Injecting pistons, pneumatic operated, equipped with mechanic step regulation 

5. The injection head mechanically driven by a frequency converter at rapid advancement (needles insertion) and slow return movement in order to allow a uniform distribution of the filling. 

6. After the filling, the product is discharged from the transport by a pushing device.
 The working logic is controlled by a PLC with touch screen interface.
