1.This pre-expander machine has two expansion functions with first expansion and second expansion stages. This machine applies PLC and touch screen, automatic feeding, electronic weighing, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic production.

2.Electronic weighing system and material level control system assure the density of the foamed material, which make the bead uniform and keep the density tolerance within ±2.5%.

3.High precise guiding pressure reducing valve controls the temperature and steam pressure of the closed barrel, ensure the outcome pressure of the valve constant and the inner temperature controlled within ±1%℃.

4.Automatic material charging system improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity.

5.The closed constant pressure foaming barrel has high heating efficiency. It can save more than 50% energy compared to the continuous pre-expander.

6.Automatic discharging from the pre-expander, which can automatically filter, crush the ball material and transport the foamed material to aging silos.

7.This machine is applicable in plateau oxygen depletion area; the production efficiency of continuous pre-expander machine is quite low under such circumstance.

(4) The machine main body has two layers, there are insulation material between of two layers, which keep the barrel expansion temperature and pressure.

(5) The machine all inside body, screws, feeding system and material doors are all made from 304 stainless steel, all the screws are solid but not empty.

(6) The machine with 4 steam pipes into barrel for equality steam heating, and there are doors at the bottom of the barrel which easy to clean and repair if possible in future.
