Question: Why there are no display when loaded 2pcs LR44 button cell batteries?
Answer: Watch out the battery polarity as shown in battery compartment to make sure it is correctly loaded.
Question: Why I pressed the button but there are no any action?
Answer: When this item is in standby status（LCD backlight is off), first press any button only activate the green backlight.
And then you can activate related function when you continue press buttons.You can check if there are one LOCK
symbol(L-) in left bottom of LCD,when it is displayed, all buttons is locked no functions.
If yes, please firstly unlock this item by press LOCK button for 2 seconds.
Question: How to switch °C/°F?
Answer: Please hold and press -&+ button at the same time for 2 seconds.
Question: How to switch Heating/Cooling mode?
Answer: Please hold and press HEAT/COOL button at the same time for 2 seconds.
Question: Can we calibrate the CU(current temperature)?
Answer: Yes, this unit is designed to calibrate the current temperature by end user.
Normally this temperature is accurate,you can use this function if you think this device is not accurate.
Question: What is hysteresis?
Answer: When Target temperature is reached, the thermostat turns off the Heater and turn it back
on when the room temperature falls by the set hysteresis value,Range:1~5 ° C,Default is 1°C.
For example: If the target temperature is 25 °C and the preset hysteresis is 2 ° C,
This thermostat turns off the heater source when reach 25 °C and turns on again when temperature drops to 23 ° C.
Recommended and default setting for: 1 °C
Question: There don't have any temperature data below CU(current temperature)
Answer: There don't have any display under 0 or above 60°C
And maybe this temperature sensor is broken during shipping, please contact with your seller to replace new one.

Answer: Press RESET button is only reloading batteries, it is used to reboot this device if software is dead.
Question: How to delete all the settings?
Answer: Hold and press SET button, and then press RESET button,LCD will flash three times,
this unit will be reset to factory setting.
