Automatic Coal Moisture Ash and Volatile Content Analyzer Ultimate and Proximate Analyzer

The HZ2681 automatic industrial analyzer is designed according to the industrial analysis principle of GB/T212-2008 coal. The sample is automatically weighed at a certain temperature and time, and the moisture, ash, and volatile content are calculated based on the remaining mass of the sample, and the carbon is fixed. Store and print the measurement results. Users can choose classic, fast, and custom methods to test samples. It can also determine any combination of moisture, ash and volatile content of the sample.

Instrument composition

The instrument consists of HZ2681 A (moisture and ash part), HZ2681B (volatile part), computer and printer.

Scope of application

HZ2681 automatic industrial analyzer is suitable for coal, electric power, metallurgy, commodity inspection, environmental protection, papermaking, chemical industry, scientific research, quality inspection, schools and other industries and departments. It is used for batch determination of moisture, ash and volatile content in coal, coke and other substances, calculation of fixed carbon, and calculation of calorific value and hydrogen value (estimated) according to empirical formulas.

Conditions of use and user-supplied materials

Ambient temperature: 5℃~40℃.

Relative humidity: ≤85%.

There is no strong vibration, dust, strong electromagnetic interference, corrosive gas around.

The user should have a suitable work surface (preferably a flat cement surface, because the instrument can not be shaken during the experiment), so that the instrument can be placed. The work surface needs to be (width) 700mm×(length) 3000mm.

Self-prepared coal sample: Air-dried coal sample with particle size less than 0.2mm.
