Main Features
1. Start self-checking automatically before operation. In case of any wrong operation or problem, the controller will show the Error code in the digital display and buzzer will alarm.
2. Digital display will show the actual time set and time used, so that the operation may have exact mixing time idea for better result.
3. Easy moving or fixing of interior case support.
4. Automatic identify the drum size to offer suitable clamping force and working speed.
5. Automatic close the clamping unit when start to work and automatic open the clamping unit when set time is finished. Revolution and rotation may start synchronously during paint mixing.
6.Multi-grade intelligent timing inverter, adequate speed control ensures stable operation; Machine will stop automatically when the door is opened, to keep the user safe.
Bottom clamping plate
this clamping plate can be slide out, so that easy to load the heavy big drum on it, and easy to take off the drum when mixing is finished.

when take off the black rubber plate, you will see this aluminum plate, it has different sizes and shape circles which suit for different container.
That is you can take off the rubber plate to use like this.
The operation panel:
It is easy to operate the machine, first set the working time which will deduct when it is working and show in the screen, max working time can be 120 mins.
You can add the time or decrease the working time by press the "-" OR "+" key
That big drum or small drum keys is for you choose the running speed. When small drum is put inside, you can choose the big drum or small drum key. Big drum key running speed is slower. When big drum is put inside, can only choose the big drum key, if you choose the small drum key, it will automatic switch to the big drum key too to make sure the safe.
The stop key is use to stop the machine when urgent matter happens.
The open or close arrow keys are used to open or close the top clamping plate when it is needed. But normally these 2 keys will not use too often as machine will automatic open the clamping plate when finish the mixing.

This electric magnet is used to stop the running unit in front. when set time is due, it will automatic pull in to lock the running unit and let it stop.
Bottom part
The bottom part can be slide out when load on the container or take off the container. So that will be easy for workers to do the work.
Back side
The big wheel can be manually turn to the right or left side to open the clamping unit to release the container when do maintenance.
