Application
Rice hulling machine is a grain processing machine which removes rice grain from glume and makes it into brown rice.It can remove the husk of rice husks, reduce the size of the popcorn and damage the skin, and try to keep the brown rice intact.It is mainly composed of hopper feed device, machine head device, rice husk separation room, gear gearbox, frame
and so on.
Working Principle:
Chaff lighter than rice, brown rice, they all bulk density or specific gravity difference is very big, like rice of bulk density
is about 560 kg/m3, the brown rice unit weight is about 760 kg/m3, and chaff density is only about 110 kg/m3, is 1/5 of the weight of rice, brown rice of 1/7, so their suspension speed is there much of a difference chaff in the principle of separation, is significantly different according to the physical characteristics, make use of wind power, to achieve the purpose of separation.
