original bamboo -- taking material sawing -- splitting bamboo strips -- making knotted pieces of fixed width into filament -- cutting -- polishing -- picking up the broken pieces -- packing -- storage (factory).

Above 7 sets, with bamboo joint production, 8 hours output of 400,000 sticks, about 200 ~ 500 kg dry bamboo sticks.4 ~ 6 mechanical operators, male or female.The power is 380V industrial electricity, the actual electricity consumption of normal production is about 10 degrees per hour.
Usually every 100 kilograms of fresh bamboo (wet), can produce Φ3.0~Φ2.5 length between 300 ~ 150 mm, 20000 ~ 40000 pcs different specifications of the bamboo stick, about dry finished signed 20 ~ 38 kg.
