1.The introduction of Potato/cassava starch:
Potato starch is extracted from the fresh potatoes,which is the main kind of commercial starch in the global market.Our company have developed and manufactured the cassava starch line about 15 years,the quality of the starch processed by our equipment can up to the food grade.Our cassava starch lines have been installed in Nigeria,Ghana,Uganda,Zambia,Tanzania and some southeast Asian countries.

2.The processing flow of our potato starch product line:
> Washing & Peeling Section
Firstly,the fresh casava tubers is accepted by the hopper ,the conveyed into the drump type drying cleaning machine to remove the dirt,the it will be sent into the paddle type and brush type washing and peeling machines to remove the rest dirt and the peel by water.With the 3-4 washing and peeling machines to work together,the peeling rate is about 90-95%,no maual needed.
> Crushing and Grinding Section
Crushing the potato into mesh to release the starch milk.
> Extraction & Concentration & Refining Section
The crashed material is sent to centrifugal sieve through pump to extract cassava starch and separate cassava residues.Centrifugal sieve group are 4 or 5 stages, the front stages is to extract starch and the last stage is to dewater the cassava residues.
Then it will be sent to the starch Hydroclone to remove the soluble impurities, such as proteins.
> De-watering section
Sending the fine slurry to dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.
Compared with other starch, it is more suitable for cassava starch to de-water by vacuum filter. Moisture content of
dewatered starch is 38~40%. Wet starch is sent to drying system through belt conveyer.
> Drying section
Drying the de-watered cassava starch in the air dryer to get dry product.
Dried cassava starch reaches sieving system. High efficiency cooling starch sifter is used to cool starch and get the
best starch viscosity.
