Product Description
It is mainly used for cooling and storing fresh milk, and can also cool and store other liquid materials. This machine can straight wall large-area cooling, through a fully automatic control system, one-step observation operation, so that the cold raw milk quickly drops to the required temperature and renewed the constant temperature. It’s prevent the growth of bacteria and keep the raw milk in the A-grade milk state.
1. It takes 30-40 minutes to heat from 45 degrees to 90 degrees at room temperature.
2. Sterilization time, 15-20 minutes.
3. Water cooling, cooling time, from 95 degrees to room temperature (35-45 degrees) takes 30-40 minutes.
4. If you need to cool to 2-4 degrees, you need a sterilizer with a compressor or connect a cooling tank.
5. Milk pasteurization temperature is 85-90 degrees.

★ The refrigeration system consists of a refrigeration unit, a direct cooling jacket plate, etc. The direct cooling jacket plate
manufacturing process is advanced and the effect is ideal; the refrigeration unit is equipped with the corresponding water-cooled condenser (used when the ambient temperature is high, and drains the cooling water when not in use). The compressors are all fully enclosed, reliable in operation, energy-saving and durable. The cooling effect is ideal.
★ At present, most of the condensing units use Freon as the coolant. Freon is the trade name of a special brand and is widely used. So far, only two models have been used, namely R12 (CFC) and R22 (HFC), and the production of R12 has been discontinued.
