Automatic SKY 4 cavity high speed bottle blow molding machine
This linear bottle blowing machine can be used independently for blowing botles or completion of bottle blowing before filling lines.The machine shows characteristics such as high intelligence,stable and reliable mechanical performance, high production efficiency,low cost and pollution free from intermediate process,it is widely used for production of food,drink,cosmetic and medical vessel.
Preform Heater
The preform is irradiated with an infrared high-temperature lamp to heat and soften the body of the preform. In order to maintain the shape of the bottle mouth, the mouth of the preform does not need to be heated. Cooling device for cooling operation.
Blower
In this stage, the preheated preform is placed in the already finished blow mold, and the inside is inflated with high pressure, and the preform is blown and drawn into the required bottle.
