Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our machine in a 40HQ container, no need to separate the injection unite from the machine.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 90 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Do you have any certification about the machine?
A: Yes, our rubber shoe sole injection moulding machine has CE certification. Our Portugal engineers study deeply with CE norms, they can design electrical system more safer and flexible under CE norms.

A: Customer will get 12 hours service from both China and Portugal. China is 7 hours earlier than Portugal, that means you will have 19 hours support everyday! Our machine also support online service when connected with the interent.
