This Induction brazing machine is Integrated design with manual feeding, automatic brazing, nitrogen protection during the brazing process, automatic cooling, and manual unloading. Two brazing stations increase production throughput. 1. Multiple-segment settings of induction heating power output for uniform heating: There are 5 segment basically and can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Precise temperature control: In collaboration with the manufacturer,we have jointly developed infrared thermometers with a measurement accuracy of ±5℃; Closed-loop control system with PID controller, achieving precise temperature control during induction heating process.
3. In addition to temperature control settings, there is also a setting for heating time, providing dual protection to prevent workpiece overheating.
4. Accurate heating: Heating time can be accurate to 0.1 seconds.
