For some products if can produce by silicon mould and injection mould.To use which mould need to decide by your qty and your requirement.for small qty like hundred pieces if you will not need it any more,then maybe silicon mould is ok,but if you want large qty and will use for many time and you require size to be very precise,then the injection mould is your best choice.

Packing:

1.For mold: After assemble and clear mold ,we paint anti-rust for or grease on mold ,then cover it with thin film and place it into a stable wooden box.
2.For plastic products: The first thing is to wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag, the second step is place them into cartons with thin sponge plates to prevent scratches.

3. If I have no drawing , how should i go on my projects ?

You can supply a sample if you can or you can show us something similar with your requirement,we'll make the 3D drawing for you.

4. Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?

If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party inspect the goods for you,we are glad to work as a professional QC to double check the goods for you.We'll send you details pics include every sides of the products ,packing and loading.

5. How about the Mode of transparent?

For parts if you are urgent to receive we can delivery by air,for the mould we suggest to delivery by sea if you have time,as it's really heavy.
