Ground-rail Door Foaming Line
The line consists of chain transmission unit, foaming fixture, oven, foaming platform, steam heating unit, ventilation and extraction unit, injection manipulator, unlocking apparatus, vehicle with fixtures, guiders for locking and unlocking apparatuses, assistant locking mould apparatus, penumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electrical control unit.
Working procedures: loading manually or automatically, closing of fixture, vertical injection automatically or by manually, circulation drive, heat curing cycle, locking by fixture, open the fixture, unloading automatically or by manually and clear bubble.
It possesses the advantages as follows: small and configuration, being easy to adjust to manufacture, different products, high productivity and etcy.
Rotary Drum Door Foaming Machine
This rotary drum type with 7(8) fixtures line is mainly used for door foaming and consists of body frame, rotating frame, foaming frame, hydraulic driven, orientation, mold opening and closing unit, injection transfer unit, species identification unit, hydraulic unit, electric control unit and etc.
Working procedure: loading manually, auto-injection, cylinder closing, cylinder clamping, curing, cylinder opening, mold opening while lower mold reach the initial position, unloading manually and etc.
The mould mounting plates are heated by water. Mould can be changed easily. The foaming line can be applied to the products with different dimensions. Compact structure, high efficiency, various compatibility, etc
Linear Cabinet Foaming Line
The line consists of pre-heating oven, power roller, in-box 90°overturnting machine, two-way delivery unit, forming fixture, auto-injection unit, out-box lift translation machine, outer water heat unit, pneumatic unit, electric control unit and etc.
It adopts linear layout, the fixture & mould plate heated by water. The fixture can block injection hole automatically. The mould changing adopts link gear or cylinder driving mechanism with manual control and electric control self-locking. It can be applied to products’ different dimension.
Elegant appearance, compact structure, less environmental pollution, small labor intensity, high efficiency, various compatibility, etc.

It need test from noise, performance, energy, vibration, chemical proper,function,durability,packing and transportation etc.All goods are 100% inspected before shipping. We do at least 3 tests, including in-coming raw material test, sample test then bulk production.
