Yamadaya’s single-serving nabe series was created based on feedback from customers who want to enjoy the authentic flavor without any fuss.
The udon noodles, dashi broth, and other ingredients are sealed in a single package using extensively researched freezing techniques.
The container is microwave safe, so you do not need to keep an eye on it while it cooks.
You can make good use of the time while you wait, no heat is used, so it’s completely safe, and there are no dishes to wash after the meal.
The container is heat resistant, so the it stays warm until you’re finished.
Of course, you can also transfer the contents into a pot for cooking.
We recommend adding steamed rice to the leftover dashi so you can enjoy an extra course.
*Heating in the microwave from frozen
Just peel back the film to the dotted line, and heat it in the microwave. No added water is necessary.
For a 600W microwave, you just need to wait about 9 minutes to enjoy piping hot udon.
