Q:Could you introduce the amount of the floor space and factory scale?
A:UR ARMOUR has two workshop one is about 1400 square meters and the other is 2000 square meters. The factory is divide into metal
machine workshop area, plastic machine workshop area, warehouse area, office area.
Q: Could you introduce the structure of the company?
A: UR ARMOUR has departments by function of production , trade , finance , QC.
Products (Quality Control, Previous case, Sample Policy)
Q: How about your QC system?
A:We have one QC team for 4 women who is responsible for serious quality inspection. We promise that every procedure were checked
with rigorous attitude.
Q:What tender and bid did you attend before?
We attended more than 50 tenders which include include Asia , north and south America, Europe , Africa.
We attended Sri Lanka STF project for batons, helmets and shields.
We attended Bangladesh project for riot suits.
We attended Malaysia project for batons.
We attended Mexico project for Tasers.
We attended Turkey project for bulletproof vests.
We attended Argentina project for handcuffs.
Q: Can we get a sample for quality testing? How to get it?
A: Sure, We provide sample dispatched via FedEx, DHL or some else express.
It’s better for you to giving us an express account to deliver the sample. If you have not the express account, we are going to
finding a courier to dispatching.
Sample cost will refund to you when you are taking quantity order.
We welcome clients to provide design drawing or sample to make product and for customized products, we will make 2 pieces of
samples, one of them send to clients and the other one hold back by us, in case of when clients take quantity order that we can
make products same as sample, more important, we support reproduction sample till you are satisfied with it. Samples will be
printed our sign to let you know that it is made by us.
Delivery Time (Shipping Time, Express Time, Air Time) & Payment Items
Q:What would be your delivery date?
A: All in stock orders will ship approximately 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
For customer-made model, it needs much more time. You can contact with sales team.
Q:What about the mode of payment?
A:We accept the following payment:
1. TT payment ( Telegraphic Transfer ) always welcome
In general case , after the contract signing , 30% deposit before production , 70% balance before shipping . You can make TT via
bank front desk or internet transfer.
2. WU payment ( Western Union)
Just for samples order or very small amount payment of under USD1000.
3.Letter of Credit
Some government order, it must be letter of credit, we need Negotiation in amount. Some small amount is accept.
Q:What kind of currency payment could be accepting?
A: We accept USD, RMB and EUR.
Q:Can you accept pieces shipment?
A:Yes, if you need products are dismantled in pieces, we can match you. And give you list for every parts and accessories. Also
Installation Video is supplied.
If you need some tools, we also can supplied.

Q:What about shipping partner?
A: For small or sample order, we are working with DHL, FEDEX and UPS.
For bulk order, we are working with Prime Shipping, which is experienced in sea and air shippment.
Q:Can I use my orginal shipping partner?
A:Yes, of course, you can use your orginal shipping partner, please let them contact with sales team.
We will prepare all documents for you. But we prefer use my partner, who know well our products and export process.
