1. Are you factory or trader?
We're professional manufacturer of Mailing envelopes with over 19 years experience in this market since founded in 1999. We own 4 factories in China mainland.
2. What should i do if i want a quote?
Please kindly provide us your envelope size, quantity, material. If you need customized printing, please help to provide your logo design as well.
3. What is your payment term?
For small order, we accept Paypal, Western Union. Large order we allow 30% T/T deposit paid when placing the order and the balance paid before shipping.
4. What is the lead time?
The time depends on your quantity, but usually, 3-5 work days will be completed for normally order--50,000pcs.
5.How to handle shipment?
You could assign a shipment company to pick up your good. Or we introduce some our local shipment companies to you. And then you talk with them about all transportation details. They could deliver goods to all over the world by sea or by air. It's better that a logistics company could become your agency here. They could check your goods and pay us for you. Furthermore, the logistics company can do customs clearance for you.
6.How to pay?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer(T/T), L/C or Paypal(value less than $500). You don't have to prepay the full payment at a time. You could prepay us step by step, 30% of the goods after your confirmation, then the balance of the 70% of the goods before shipping. We believe that would reduce your risk.
7.How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.
After that we will inform you the tracking number for checking on the network.
From there it should be delivered within the timescale you have requested.
