Testing & Quality Control

Every modem goes through our strict quality testing and quality control procedure where the modems are:

• cleaned
• visually inspected for potential physical damage
• power-on tested
• tested for RF functionality with a real CMTS in a lab network
• tested for ethernet port functionality
• tested for LED lights functionality

Packaging
The modem can be packed in various ways according to your needs:

• Bulk: modem with or without accessories is wrapped in plastic bag, and put in bulk boxes or palletized for economical transport.
   
• Individually boxed: Each modem is wrapped in plastic bag, and packaged individually in a new blank paper box along with accessories as desired: modem + PSU + UTP
  

Adequate cushioning is applied to both bulk and refubished packaging styles to ensure safe transport.
