1 | Yarn collection | According to buyers’ instructions required types of yarn should be collected from the suppliers. |
2 | Winding of yarns | Here, by using the winding machine, yarns are wound into cones from hanks, which are stored for production. |
3 | Yarn distribution | When the winding of yarns completed, then all the cones are sent to the yarn distribution section. From here, it’s distributed into the knitting floor. Here, it should be noted that yarn distribution should be perfect for the correct gauge knitting machine. |
4 | Knitting start | According to the buyer’s provided sample, sweater panels are knitted here. The number of panels can vary for different sweater styles. A single worker makes all the sweater panel here. |
5 | Online inspection of knitting panels | After making sweater pannel its checked by online QC |
If found any problem, immediately rectified by the operator. | ||
6 | Linking of panels | Here, by using the linking machine, all the sweater panels are joined according to buyers providing samples. |
7 | Online inspection of linking panels | After linking of all panels, it’s checked by online Q.C here. if found any problem, immediately takes the necessary steps. |
8 | Trimming | In this process, loose yarns are trimmed by using the trimmer. |
9 | Light checking | In this stage, sweaters are checked here by using a light checking machine. |
10 | Mending | If found any knitting defects in the sweater, then it’s repaired here with the help of a needle. |
11 | Making buttonhole | According to the buyer’s approved sample, all the required button holes are made here also zippers are attached here. |
12 | Washing | In this stage, the sweater is sent o the washing section for completing the required wash. It should be noted here that, washing is a must-needed process in the case of cotton and acrylic, where, in the case of fancy yarns it’s not recommended. |
13 | Labeling | Here, required labels are attached to the sweater by using a sewing machine. |
14 | Ironing | According to the buyer’s provided measurement sheet, sweater garments are ironed here by using a steam iron. Here, it should be mentioned that, after ironing, sweaters are kept open to dry the steam. |
15 | Inspection by the factory quality team | After completing all the above processes, the factory quality team inspects the clothing according to buyers demand. |
16 | Folding and packing | All the sweater garments are folded and packed here and make ready for shipment. |
17 | Final inspection | Finally, the buyer's nominated quality team inspects the sweater garments here according to the buyer’s instruction. |
18 | Shipment | Finally, all the goods are sent to the shipping port. |
