Whole process of WTP: 

Step 1: Clean article, spray base coat on the surface, and dry;

Step 2: dip article perfectly;

Step 3: wash away sticky remains on the article surface, and dry;

Step 4: spray clear top coat and dry.

For Step 1 & Step 4, use a paint spray gun to spray paint, and dry it naturally.

For Step 2 & Step 3, use our machine can finish the most important two steps.

Function Introduction: 
1. Heating elements: heat water fast to 25-30 degree C ( the most suitable water temperature for hydro dipping)
2. Water re-circulation system: recircle water, flow away remains after dipping, no need to discharge water every time. 
3. Control panel: control power, heat elements, water re-circulation system, and pump. Press buttons, machine will works automatically.
4. Washing gun: wash away sticky remains on the products' surface. Washing water is from the tank, reducing water waste.

1. The stainless steel of the tank is 2.5mm, so it wouldn't be out of shape after you use it some days later.
2. Good welding to make sure machine won’t leak.
