Q: What is your MOQ ?

A: Normally the MOQ is 25pcs per style, but if you will order different products at the same time, we could discuss MOQ each style further. If we have finished products in stocks, the MOQ could be lowered to one.

Q: What should I do before ordering?

A: Before ordering, we welcome you to send us enquiry for details, once price, quantity, packaging, shipping costs and production lead time are confirmed, we will send you a Proforma Invoice.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A: Normally it takes 30 to 60days to manufacture an order depending on volume and material, in order to guarantee quality of stainless steel, we don’t speed up in the lost-wax casting process, which is the most important and time-consuming process during the whole production.

Q: What’s the warranty of your products?

A: We supply good quality products, all the products are under strictly quality inspection. Our sales representatives are also responsible for the quality; they will finally inspect goods before shipment. If you received defective products, we offer free return or replacement service.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after contract confirmed and 70% before shipment. You could pay by T/T, Western Union, PayPal or credit card.  

Q: Are you able to make customized items?

A: Yes, as long as you provide us with drawings or images, we could make a mold for your customized items. We also offer customized packaging, logo engraving, etc for your branding.

Q: Do you provide pre-production samples?

A: Yes, for order above USD 5,000, upon receipt of order deposit amount, free pre-production samples would be sent to the client for approval before batch production if needed.
