A1: Orders lead time: usually 45 days

A2: 1. T/T ( 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading ).

      2. L/C ( Irrevocable LC at sight, order amount over USD30000 ).

Q3: What’s the Mini Quantity?

Q4: Which shipment way is available?

A4: 1. By sea to your designated port for 20', 40', 40'H & 45’ FCL for LCL shipment.

      2. By air to your designated airport for samples.

      3. By express ( DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT ) to your door for samples

Q5: How about the Freight rate about orders and samples?

A5: You can use own forwarder, or we offer freight prepaid and compare which freight is better, we

      would like to help our customer save any cost.

Q6: When to receive the reply?

A6: We promise to reply with 12 hours.  

Q7: Do you make the OEM products and have copyright exclusivity?

A7: Welcome to send us your design if we don’t have the design you want.We would like to

      bring your design into real with lowest cost. For some design from customers, we produce and

      sell to this customer exclusivity to protect customer’s right.
