It is a two-component water-based inorganic zinc-rich paint composed of water-based inorganic silicate, zinc dust and various additives. It subjects to impact from welding and cutting, which is free of volatilization of combustibles during construction. It is available for self repair and resistant to scratching and rusting. The content of zinc dust in the dry film is up to 85%, which can provide perfect cathodic protection and corrosion resistance as specified by TB/T1527 Standard. | ||||
Design Purpose | ||||
As a high-performance anticorrosive paint for steel structures, it is extensively applied to large indoor and outdoor steel members, such as pipeline, transmission tower, oil pipe, navigation lock, bridge, TV tower, ship, onshore facilities, petrochemical equipments and so on; it can also be used as pretreatment workshop primer for heavy machinery plants, bridges and steel materials. The properly treated steel substrate can withstand the maximum temperature of 450℃ through drying following application of appropriate finish coat. | ||||

-----Yes, we can send you samples for free, but customer need to pay courier cost by themselves, such as DHL, Fedex, EMS etc.
3. Question: Do you have ISO certificate, we need it to clear custom?

4. Question: What is your payment?
-----Our company can accept T/T, L/C ,western union and paypal payment.
On T/T term,30% down pament is required in advance,and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment,or against the copy Of original B/L for old client.
On L/C term,a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted.Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
