Q: Are you trader or factory ?
A: Yes , we have our own factory with 2 production line and more than 200 worker staff. Moreover we have more than 2 cooperated factories can work for us. We have good experience for exporting shoes for more than 7 years.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1 Pair.
Q: What is your lead time for samples and mass production?
A: Usually for samples, we need 1-2 weeks while for mass production which will take 30-60 days after confirmation. Delivery date depends on the quantities of your orders.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We can accept FOB, T/T , PayPal and Alibaba trade assurance payment. But Alibaba assurance payment priority , it will protect your money and delivery time.
Q: What is your packaging?
A: One pairs by box or by polybag. 6/8/12/16 pairs per carton. Or according to customer’s requests.
Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?
A: Yes. and sample fee can be refundable, so it is free for you at last.
Q: Can I put my brand or logos on shoes?
A: Yes. You can put your brand or logos on shoes, but you need order at least 600 pairs.
Q: Can you make samples according to my designs?
A: Yes. All designs are welcome. But please send designs with clear information.

A: Usually we ship samples by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or EMS. For orders, we suggest to be shipped by air or by sea.
