Overview:

The KEYPAD03 is a switching device with a radio signal, serving 4 different door-drives equipped with a 433MHz receiver and an automatic interference suppression.

Every code activates its own radio signal, which is then stored in the drives’s memory, similar to a normal manual radio signal transmitter. In conjunction with a master code, 4 different opening codes(with a maximum of 8 digits) are entered by keyboard. Once entered, the data remains stored even after battery replacement. This device comprises of a radio keypad, a fixing box mounted on plaster and a 9V battery.

The keypad is in a saving-mode and must initially be activated. If the opening code is entered immediately., the first digit is not recognised. Therefore, before entering an opening code, you must press any radom key or first code digit for approx. 1 second.

After entering the valid opening code and pressing the key with the bell symbol, the radio signal is sent, the drive will identify this signal and the door opening process begins.

Whilst the blue LED is on, the impulse can be resent by pressing a numberical key. The door can then be stopped or reverted by this action without repeatedly entering the opening code. Approx. 15 secondes after the last keystoke the blue LED diode disappears and the keypad lockes itself. Should you wish to lock the keypad faster then push the key with the bell symbol.

Code Keypad Installation:

This device can be installed in out-of –door environment. After fixing the box with fasteners the battery is inserted.

Pressing any key can activate this device;i.e. the device will be switched from stand-by mode to operation mode. The keypad stays on for approx. 15 seconds only. You may now program or enter the opening code.

Every keystroke is confirmed by the blue light-emitting LED diode.

Tip: In order to store the opening code into the memory, take the code keypad for the particular door drive. Push the memory key”Funk”(Radio)located on the door drive. The LED will flash for 15 seconds. Now enter the opening code and confirm by pressing the key with the bell symbol. The opening code is now stored in the memory.

Please remember that you have only 15 seconds to store the opening code into the memory. Refer to assembly instructions for the appropriate door drive.

Important Caution:

Should the code keypad not respond, please check the battery first!
For safety reasons, the initial factory master code and opening code setting must be overwritten after installation.
Factory setting for opening code1 =1111
Factory setting for opening code2 =2222
Factory setting for opening code3 =3333
Factory setting for opening code4 =4444
Factory setting for master code=1234

Programming The Radio-code Keypad:

1.0 Programming the new master code
1.1 Press the "P" key. The blue light-emitting LED diode starts to flash.
1.2 Now enter the valid master code(see the factory master code setting).
1.3 Press the key with the bell symbol. The blue light-emitting LED diode flashes faster.
1.4 Press the "P" key. The blue light-emitting LED diode flashes even faster.
1.5 Now enter the new master code(up to a maximum of 8 digits).
11.6 Press the key with the bell symbol, The blue light emitting LED diode disappears, the new master code is now stored in the memory.

2.0 Programming the new opening code
2.1 Push the "P"key. The blue light-emitting LED diode starts to flash.
22.2 Now enter the valid master code(see the factory master code setting).
2.3 Press the key with the bell symbol. The blue light-emitting LED diode flashes faster.
2.4 Enter the new opening code(up to maximum of 8 digits).
2.5 After entering the code, insert 1 for opening code1, 2 for opening code2, 3 for opening code 3 or 4 for openingcode4.
2.6 Activate the memory key on the door drive within 15 secondes, otherwise the key pad is deaktivates itself.
2.7 Now press the key with the bell symbol. The blue light-emitting LED disappears. The new opening code is now stored in the memory and assigned to the selected  channel.

Example:

New second opening code=8765
Enter: 8765 followed by 2
87652 is now set as opening code 2
When operating, the code 8765 is used (the hidde s the door!)n digit two(2) open
If a user has forgotten all the codes, he/she must reinstall the code keypad.
To delete all current settings simultaneously.
3.0 Coder keypad initiation. To do this, you must open the code keypad.
3.1 Jumper must be swapped from OFF to ON for 1 second.
3.2 Jumper swapped from ON to OFF.
3.3 Proceed as per item1.1
Due to deletion all settings must be re-entered.
