Hang Plating Line
Hanger plating is a process in which the work piece is clamped on the hanger, suitable for large parts, and the number of products that can be plated in each batch is small, and the plating thickness is 10 μm or more. The hanging plating line can be divided into manual lines , automatic lines (semi-automatic, fully automatic).
Anodizing equipment:
Anodizing (Anodic oxidation) is an electrochemical process in which an oxide (anodic)layer is chemically builton the surface of the metal.
Now anodizing is a commonly usedsurface treatment,especially on Aluminum alloys after casting or extrusion for structuralor architectural applications. The anodizing process forms an oxide film, a hard, corrosion- and abrasion-resistant coating with excellent wear properties.This porous coating may also be colored using number of methods,thereby enhancing its aesthetic value even as it protects the metal.

For Test:
Testing : We will fill the tanks with water after welding and before installation , the testing time last 72 hours . The Test time: 72 hours at least.

Product Testing:
First testing : Plating tanks testing
First of all , we will test the tanks first . Pour the water into tanks , and stay 72 hours , then check it whether if the tanks will be not seepage , otherwise , the tanks will be given up .
Second testing: Equipment running testing
After tanks testing confirmation , then we will install and running it . After running it one day continuous , the machine is successful . We can deliver it .

Filter:
Electroplating filter is by pumping will have the pressure drops to filter impurities in a barrel, after the filter to remove impurities, so as to obtain high precision clean liquid.

The electroplating exhaust gas is sucked by the exhaust hood, and is sent to the exhaust tower by the exhaust fan, and the gas rises from the bottom in the tower. Meantime , the absorption liquid which input the exhaust tower by circulation pump is sprayed from top to bottom, the exhaust gas caused the chemical reaction after reverse direction contact with the absorption liquid on the packing layer in the waste gas tower, then the most of it will be absorbed; After that , after dehydration and defogging through the defogging plate,the purification effect is achieved and discharged into the atmosphere.Electroplating products
