1, Application:

AS706 oil gas field oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor is an important additive, after adding corrosion inhibitor, the tight

adsorption film is formed to prevent the corrosion of H2S,CO2 from the pipelines, so that reduce the corrosion rate

and enlarge the oil casing’s life. 

2, Description:

The reagent AS706 is a mixture of surfactants with high adhesion and the ability to form a cross-linked film on the

surface of 2B stainless steel to provide reliable corrosion protection under high-stress loads (high flow rates of

aggressive liquids). The reagent provides reliable, effective protection for oilfield equipment in water-oil flows with

widely varying water content. The optimum specific flow rate of the inhibitor at constant dosage ranges from 20-30 mg/l depending on the aggressiveness of the corrosive medium. At dosages below 12 mg/l, the reagent still effectively

reduces the corrosion rate by 8-9 times, allowing it to be used to protect long pipelines against corrosion.

3, Usage range: 

AS706 used in middle high temperature (>80℃), be rich in H2S, CO2, and oil &gas production and gathering pipelines

of salinity environment, can be used for production corrosion inhibitor, and also can be used as annulus protection fluid.
