1. Maine feed line system :Silo or manpower hopper/feedbin

Silo or manpower hopper/feed bin is the beginning of main feeding line. A feed sensor at the end of main feeding line controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

4. Automatic ventilation system

The ventilation system is the big fan and small fan. They are controlled by the control system. The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.

The standard to design the quantity of fans in chicken house is a big fan for 200 square meters and a small fan for 12-20 square meters.

The fans include 50" fan, 36"fan and air inlet.

5. Cooling pad system

Cooling pad system works in the condition of negative pressure, the cooling pad is installed on one side of the wall, fan installed other side. When air flow through cooling pads, the water evaporation absorbs a lot amount of heat.

Frame: galvanized sheet and aluminium alloy, rust prevention treatment.

This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chickens.

7. Spraying and disinfecting system

It effectively cools,humidifies,dedusting and disinfects the chicken house, .has quick refrigeration and not damp.

Large flow,high pressure,good atomization,and corrosion resistance.increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements-60-70 percent of the maximum relative humidity.

Effectively prevent the dust,and reduce respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry

8. Heating system

It can improve temperature of poultry house quickly according to the different growth stage of chickens, include hot-blast heater of coal and diesel, poultry gas heater ad infrared gas brooder.
