The control program developed by the desktop biological reactor on the PLC controller is stable, reliable and flexible:

1, heating, PH, DO and stirring are associated to eliminate local overheating, superacid and low oxygen transfer efficiency and ensure all parameters in the tank

Uniicity

2, PH control is controlled by passing through CO2 or adding alkali, and the addition of CO2 and alkali is interlocked for a certain time to prevent excessive addition

CO2 and alkali cause changes in culture penetration pressure, thus affecting cell growth

3, DO control adopts step control and PID control, control accuracy of oxygen solution is ± 1%

4, control is simple, intuitive, easy to learn to use and high flexibility

The 5, manual operation and automatic operation can be freely selected, the manual operation gives priority to the automatic operation, and the user can flexibly intervene in a certain link of control as necessary
