WI-FI Analog Clock
GlobalTime Wi-Fi Clocks connect to a wireless local network and are capable of taking the accurate time from any NTP server. The
GlobalTime Wi-Fi clocks come pre-programmed with the web addresses of public internet NTP servers. Each clock can be set and controlled through a user-friendly built-in web interface from any computer or mobile device (such as a tablet or smart phone).

Since Wi-Fi is the means of communication, GlobalTime Wi-Fi Clocks are ideal for facilities in need of many or just a few clocks spread far apart. It is also a great solution for multi-building campus environments utilizing existing Wi-Fi infrastructure.
1. Built-in web interface in each clock for ease of setup and monitoring
2. Local power options – 24V, 110V, and 230V 3. Operates on existing Wi-Fi Infrastructure- no need of network cable distribution. 4.Time is automatically set by Simple Network Time Protocol(SNTP)- no master clock or serial connection required.
5. Supports any time zone.
6. Automatic Daylight Saving Time
7. If connection to NTP server is lost the clocks will continue to run on the built-in time base. When the connection is restored it will synchronize automatically.

What is NTP
Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a networking protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems over packet-switched, variable-latency data networks. In operation since before 1985, NTP is one of the oldest Internet protocols in current use. NTP is intended to synchronize all participating computers to within a few milliseconds of Coordinated Universal Time(UTC).[1]:3
It uses the intersection algorithm, a modified version of Marzullo's algorithm, to select accurate time servers and is designed to mitigate the effects of variable network latency. NTP can usually maintain time to within tens of milliseconds over the public Internet, and can achieve better than one millisecond accuracy in local area networks under ideal conditions. Asymmetric routes and network congestion can cause errors of 100 ms or more.

  Question: Hello! Does this clock support IPv6? Answer: No, the current version only supports IPv4.

Question:
If it loses synchronization with network, will the clock work well?
Answer:
During normal run, the clock synchronizes in 0, 1, 4, 12, 36, 84 hours, then synchronizes every 84 hours. Once the clock can not synchronize, it will start to synchronize every 12 hours. If it fails 3 times continuously, then the second hand will stop at 6:00, hour hand and minute hand will run normally.   Question: Can we set up the time without a NTP server? Answer: It does require some NTP server, such as our NTP server (model: GTT100, GTT200, GTT400) or internet based source( internet public NTP server). With that available, it will keep itself accurate and on the money.
