When there is interruption of power supply, will the clock work?
Answer:
The clock doesn’t have a built-in battery, when there is interruption of power supply, it won’t work. But as soon as the clock is connected to power and network, it will display the correct time automatically, no need of manual adjusting.
Question:
When there is interruption of network, is there any indication? And will the clock still display correct time?
Answer:
Normally the clock synchronizes with NTP server every 5 minutes. When there is interruption of network, a small dot will appear on the lower right corner of the LED display and the clock won’t synchronize, so it will be inaccurate slowly, the deviation is about 1 minute per day! When it is connected to network again, it will display correct time and automatically and the dot will disappear.

No, the current version only supports IPv4.

Can we set up the time without a NTP server?
Answer:
It does require some NTP server, such as our NTP server (model: GTT100, GTT200, GTT400) or internet based source( internet public NTP server). With that available, it will keep itself accurate and on the money.
