3.Where is your location?
Our company locals in Ningbo, second largest sea port in China, around 200km from Shanghai & Hangzhou, and it is very convenient to travel, around 1 hour by high-speed train from Hangzhou, and 2 hours from Shanghai.

Quality is our priority consideration, as we believe this is one of the key points for long term cooperation with our customers. Our company has set the QC team to check the quality in every production process, and try our best to solve the problem before shipment. And we will show you the photos of the parts & accessories, as well as their packings before you pay the balance.
6.Can you produce according to the customer's designs or samples?
Yes, we can produce by your technical drawings or samples. Our professional engineering colleagues can provide the best solutions for you.
7.Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, our parts & accessories are 100% tested before delivery.
8.What’s your warranty policy?
Normally, 1 year from the date of B/L, or 30000km, which comes first is taken. For higher quality requirements, we can also offer, if necessary, please feel free to let us know.
9.Which markets are you selling?
We have good experience in countries from Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa. For countries from other continents, we also have several customers.
10.How can I get some samples?
If we have the sample in stock, we will offer you at once. If we don’t have the sample in stock, and you can wait some time, we can make it for you. We offer sample free of charge, you just pay the courier costs.
11.What is your delivery time?
For stock goods (RTS), we can make delivery in 7 days.
For normal orders, it depends on the part or accessory you need. Generally speaking, it takes 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. We will check, and offer you our best condition.
12.What is your MOQ?
For stock goods (RTS), there is no MOQ required;
For normal orders, different parts & accessories have different MOQ, most parts & accessories have stock to meet the quantity required by our customers. We will check, and offer you our best condition.
13.What is your packing?
Normally, we pack the parts & accessories in our own brands’ packings or neutral packing. If you have legally registered brands, and are available in China to use, we can pack the parts & accessories in your brand packings, after getting your brand registration certificate & authorization letter. We can also offer non-fumigation plywood pallets, if necessary.
14.What is your payment term?
We accept L/C at sight, T/T or Western Union, Paypal.
For stock goods (RTS), 100% payment before shipment;
For normal orders, 30% advance and balance be paid before shipment.
15.What is your delivery term?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU are all available.
16.What is your means of transportation?
It could be shipped by sea, by air, by train or by courier (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm with us before placing your order.
17.Do you have after -sales service?
Our company has set the QC team to check the quality in every production process, and try our best to solve the problem before shipment. If the products have any quality problem, our company will be responsible for it. Besides, we can provide certificates required by different countries and regions.
