A: To support your business, we can offer you free sample. No matter you are the old customer or new customer, but the courier charge is on your side. Sample Lead time: stocked item is about 1-3 working days. Non-stocked item is about 7-15 days.
Q5: What is the MOQ?
A: If you only buy one item, MOQ is 500-1000pcs/sets depend on item series. If you order one container, you can mix it with different items each item MOQ could be 300pcs.
Q6: How long is the production lead time?
A: Usually, 30 days after receiving the deposit. But if it is an urgent order, we will priority to your order and try our best to reduce the production lead time to 20 days to 25days.
Q7: Do you accept OEM?
A: OEM is available. We have the professional engineers team to analyze and discuss projects. They are not only able to give advice to customers, but also can design the package box according to customer’s needs.
