dust collector valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by a pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic, which can instantly open and close a high-pressure gas source to generate pulses. The pulse valve is the main component of the bag filter, which can blow more than 1 million times.The pulse valve is a valve type that relies on the airflow through the air resistance and the delay effect of the air volume to turn the long input signal into a pulse signal.
According to the angle of the inlet and outlet of the valve and the form of the air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
a) Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are at right angles and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve in which the inlet and outlet of the valve body are at 180 degrees and is directly controlled by electrical signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose valve body air inlet is submerged in an air bag and is directly controlled by an electrical signal.
