Main Features
EPB full servo bending machines are manufactured in accordance with the most stringent quality standards. The Q345E steel frame is annealed at 1200 degrees before being precisely machined and carefully assembledby experienced professionals.
The EPB bending machine works on the principle of dual servos, and the Y1 (left plunger) and Y2(rightplunger) axes are controlled by powerful tuke servo motors. Thisdesigncanachievethehighestspeedand accuracy, and ensure extremely low operating costs.
The EPB bending machine is equipped with a fast front-loading quick
fixture as standard, which further saves tool change time and improves efficiency.
Because of their high speed and high precision, they are widely used in robotic bending cells; EPBworkswithhigh-end robot manufacturers such as Kawasaki,Kuka,andYaskawatoensurethattheirmachinesare welsuitedforhighspeedroboticbendingapplications.
EPB bending machine comes standard with DA53T Delem (Netherlands)
control.
LZ1000 (China) and Delem (Netherlands) graphic controls are also available and are the
first choice for Australian customers. The highly recommended Delem DA66T controller
is equipped with Profile-T offline software and a large touch screen with clear graphics,
which is convenient for CNC programming and fool-proof operation.
EPB is based on Japanese and European-style servo machines, leading more than 70%
of China's domestic
high-speed electric servo bending machine market, proving its
advantages. The full
